How do I order online?

Browse through our collection, and click on the item you like. Select your size and click the “Add to cart” button. The item will be added to your shopping bag. You can adjust your shopping bag by adding or removing your items. The shopping bag will automatically calculate the price of your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. 

What is your privacy policy?

Your personal information is kept private at all times and at no point will we rent or sell your personal information to third parties. For more information, please look at our privacy policy.

What can I do when I tried to place an order, but it didn't go through?

Where can I find the right size?

To find out your size view our bracelet guide. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase, please contact us at info@worldofkarelia.com.

How can I see if an item is in or out of stock?

Items that are in stock are displayed. Whenever the size option is not visible, a size is not available. 

How can I get assistance with my online order?

How do I change my order information after it has been placed?

Please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible by email at info@worldofkarelia.com.

I just finalized my order but I still have not received the order summary.

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service under the "Contact" section.

Will my order be gift wrapped?

All orders are delivered in a little black box tied with a ribbon, including a fragranced thank you card.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

When confirming your order, it is possible to include a personal message. You can request your personal message via info@worldofkarelia.com.

Will my gift order include an invoice where the price of the items are not shown?

No, we will send you an invoice per email.
