How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@worldofkarelia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

What are your delivery times?

Karelia will make sure your order will be delivered as soon as possible. Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 5 business days. 
Shipments that take place out of Europe usually will take 5 - 7 business days. Due to Covid- 19 it might take a bit longer to receive your order. 

Do you ship during weekends and national holidays?

No, we only process and ship during business days. All national holidays are excluded.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a track & trace code by e-mail to follow your shipment.

From where will my orders be shipped?

All orders are shipped from our headquarters, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

What are your shipping rates?

We don't have any, enjoy free worldwide delivery.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Karelia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
